Casual Eats Paired with Chef-Driven Dining

Four Lakes Kitchen and Tap, a new restaurant at Four Lakes Country Club near Edwardsburg,
offers golfer-friendly sandwiches, soups, and salads by day and upscale chef-inspired American
cuisine, fine wines, and craft beers by night.

An investor group led by restaurateur John Leahy transformed the former Green Jacket into an
upscale/casual eatery with a bar, a clubhouse-style dining room with couches and
TVs, a family dining room, and a deck overlooking the golf course’s tenth hole.

“We have the space to accommodate golfers and families and other adults alike,” says Leahy, a
third-generation University of Notre Dame alum, adding that the restaurant, only 10 minutes
from campus, will host college and professional football-themed events.

The menu, led by Chef Kaidon Eutsey, focuses on locally sourced ingredients. Lunches include
salads and sandwiches, including perch sandwiches and smashburgers; dinners feature salmon
filets, New York strips, chicken, perch, Cobb salad, Caesar salad, and house-made desserts such
as s’mores and blueberry cheesecake. Craft cocktails and eight beers on tap are available.

The 180-seat eatery near the clubhouse caters to residents and vacationers, including many from
Chicago, on nearby Eagle, Juno, Christiana, Baldwin, and Diamond lakes. The venue has a
private space for up to 100 people for customized parties and events and will provide off-site
catering services.
